We are developers, not a no-code agency
When a ready-made n8n node is not enough, we write code. Custom APIs, data transformations, edge cases. The workflow does not stop at the first exception.
Self-hosted, data stays in the EU
We run n8n on our own server in Germany or on yours. No fee for every step that runs and no data at a third party unless you want it there.
We also build the website being automated
We build the websites and e-shops the workflow connects to. When a form, checkout or API on the website side needs changing, you do not need to find another supplier.
AI automation FAQ
Anything that repeats at least a few times a week, has clear rules and is done by hand today: copying orders into accounting, logging enquiries in a spreadsheet, sending the same e-mails, putting reports together. During the consultation we count how many hours a month it costs and start where the ratio of savings to effort is best.
One workflow from €600, system integration from €1,000, AI chatbot from €1,400 and AI agent from €1,600. Operation with monitoring from €100 a month. The server costs in the order of tens of euros a month and AI fees are billed by actual usage; for our content pipeline it is $0.15 to $0.50 per article. Everything is passed on at cost.
Make and Zapier are hosted services that charge per operation, which gets expensive at higher volumes. n8n can run on your own server with no per-operation fees and lets you write custom code. For companies with more than a few simple scenarios, or with sensitive data, we recommend n8n. We can take over existing Make or Zapier scenarios and migrate them.
With self-hosted operation, n8n runs on a server in the EU (Hetzner, Germany) or directly at your company. Data passes through the workflow and is stored only where you send it. If the workflow uses an AI model, it receives only the content it needs, and we choose models whose API data is not used for training. We write down in the documentation what data flows where, so you have it for your GDPR records.
We plan for it. Steps with an external effect (payment, publication, deletion, an e-mail to a customer) have an approval step or hard checks in code. AI output goes into a draft, not straight out into the world. Every run is logged, so you can trace what happened and why.
Usually not. We work with what you have: Pohoda, Fakturoid, Shoptet, WooCommerce, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Pipedrive, Raynet, Zásilkovna and others. The condition is that the system has an API, or at least export and import. If a system cannot be connected, we say so at the start.
A simple workflow is ready within 1 to 2 weeks of the consultation. System integration takes 2 to 4 weeks depending on the number of systems and the quality of their APIs. An AI agent or chatbot usually takes 3 to 6 weeks including testing on real data.
Either we do, as part of operation from €100 a month, or you do. On handover you receive documentation, access and training; an n8n workflow is readable even for a non-technical person. When a system changes its API, we can step in on a one-off basis as well.
