n8n is an open-source automation tool where a workflow is built from nodes: a trigger, steps and conditions. Unlike Make or Zapier, you can run it on your own server and extend it with custom code, so it does not stop where the ready-made integrations end.
A typical n8n automation for our clients starts simple: an e-shop order creates an invoice, a website enquiry lands in the CRM, a Google Analytics report arrives by e-mail every Monday. The next step is usually adding AI, for example Claude sorts incoming e-mails and prepares a reply for approval. We build workflows so they can be read: every node has a name, errors go to Telegram or e-mail, and failed steps retry automatically. We run self-hosted n8n on a Hetzner server in Germany, hidden behind a Cloudflare Tunnel, with daily backups and uptime monitoring. If you prefer, we deploy n8n on your server or use n8n Cloud. We also take over existing Make or Zapier scenarios, document them and move them to n8n, where you do not pay for every operation.

Prices of the individual services change, so we do not list them. During the consultation we calculate what will be cheaper at your volume, and the answer may well be Make.

We turn the process description into a diagram: trigger, steps, conditions, who approves what. You get it before we build, so we do not build something other than what you need.
Building in n8n
We build the workflow from ready-made nodes (over 400 integrations) and where one is missing, we write custom code or an HTTP call to the API.
Self-hosted operation
n8n on a server in the EU behind a Cloudflare Tunnel, with HTTPS, daily database backups and monitoring. No per-operation fees.
Alerts and retries
Every error arrives in Telegram or by e-mail. Temporary API outages are handled by automatic retries; permanent ones stop the run and wait for a person.
Adding AI
We plug Claude or another model into the workflow: sorting, summaries, data extraction from e-mails and PDFs, draft replies. Always with a check on the output.
Make and Zapier takeover
We document the existing scenarios, move them to n8n and verify on the same data that they do the same thing. The old scenario is switched off only after the check.

n8n is an open-source workflow automation tool. You assemble steps from ready-made integrations and can write custom code into it. We recommend it because it can run on your own server with no per-operation fees and does not limit you where the ready-made integrations end.
Choose self-hosted when you want data in the EU, a higher volume of runs or custom nodes. Choose n8n Cloud when you do not want to deal with a server and the volume is smaller. We can deploy both; with self-hosted we take care of the server, backups and updates.
A Hetzner server in Germany, n8n in Docker, access through a Cloudflare Tunnel (the server is not exposed directly to the internet), HTTPS, daily database backups and uptime monitoring. We use the same setup for our own content pipeline.
Yes. We go through them, document them, build the equivalent in n8n and run both versions side by side until we verify the same results. Only then do we switch the old version off.
A server for normal volume costs in the order of tens of euros a month. Our monitoring with updates, backups and fixes is from €100 a month. AI model fees are paid by actual usage and we pass them on at cost.
On handover you receive documentation, access and an hour of training. n8n is visual, so even a non-technical person can handle common changes. For more complex changes you can contact us on a one-off basis.
