The Challenge

TASTYY wanted to do food discovery differently -- every listing vetted by a human moderator, no algorithm-generated rankings. That means slower growth than a typical review platform, but better signal for users. The platform needed to work for three groups at once: regular users browsing venues, business owners managing their listings, and moderators reviewing submissions.
