The Challenge
Most Czech businesses were either paying enterprise prices for cookie consent tools or stuck with cheap plugins that required a developer to customize the banner. Google Consent Mode v2 was becoming mandatory and most existing SaaS solutions hadn't caught up. Something genuinely self-service, affordable, and v2-compliant didn't really exist in this market.
Our Solution
- Built a full-stack SaaS platform with Nuxt 3, Vue 3, TypeScript, and Pinia for state management
- Designed a visual banner designer with 7 layouts, 9 positions, and 5 color themes for full customization without code
- Developed an automatic cookie scanner that detects and categorizes cookies across client websites
- Created a consent analytics dashboard with Chart.js visualizations for consent rates, visitor trends, and compliance metrics
- Integrated Stripe for subscription billing with multiple pricing tiers and an affiliate referral system
- Built 80+ REST API endpoints with Zod validation across 24 Prisma database models on PostgreSQL
- Implemented JWT + OAuth authentication, Google Consent Mode v2, and multi-website management from a single dashboard
- Deployed on Cloudflare Pages with R2 storage for edge performance and bilingual CZ/EN i18n support
